Purchases made at physical retail locations must be returned or exchanged in-store and cannot be processed through our website.
Items purchased through third-party retailers or authorized distributors must be returned directly to the original seller.

You can return, exchange, or file a warranty claim through:


Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify, you must:

  • Provide your order number or original receipt

  • Return the item in new, unused condition with:

    • Original tags and labels attached

    • Original packaging included

    • No signs of wear, use, washing, or alterations

❗ Important Notes:

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error on our part.


Refunds

Refunds apply only to purchases made online.
Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs and are subject to inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

🚚 Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.


Payment Reversals

You may request a reversal for online purchases in these cases:

  • Unauthorized or unrecognized charge

  • Product not delivered on time

  • Wrong or damaged item received

To qualify, you must:

  • Submit your request within 5 business days of receiving the product

  • Return the product, if applicable

We’ll inspect the item and reverse the transaction if criteria are met.


Exchanges

  • Request within 30 calendar days of purchase

  • Exchange for any product of equal or greater value (paying the difference)

  • Subject to availability

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months

  • We cover first exchange shipping; subsequent exchanges require customer-paid shipping


Warranty Policy

All 3 LUCKY ACES CLOTHING items are made with quality craftsmanship.
Warranty period: 60 days from purchase.

Not covered under warranty if:

  • Care instructions were not followed

  • Damage by bleach, chemicals, or improper washing

  • Misuse, modification, or normal wear and tear

If your claim is approved:

  • We’ll offer an exchange

  • If the item is unavailable, choose another product or receive store credit (6 months)

  • Item must be clean and hygienic for warranty review

  • Return shipping is covered
